We market the sporting products in the U.S.A. since 1985. Once while there are very strange or meaningless questions asked. Some questions we do not know how to answer. There are questions we could answer, but the viewers will not believe us anyway. These questions below are actually asked by the viewers.

  1. If you are those people would like ask any question, these are the answers for you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, just make up any answer as you wish. As long as you satisfy the answer and you could sleep well, that will be the right answer for you.
  2. If you are not those people who will ask any question, and you have nothing to do, you can view these answers to kill the time.
  3. If you are not those people who will ask any question, and you do not want to waste the time, please do not view these answers. These answers will not service you any good anyway.

    We only provide the true Eagnas products; we do not have any fake Eagnas products.

    The U.S.A. can design anything, and also can made anything. There is no double and no question about this issue. But the cost will be very high. Nobody can afford the prices any more.

    The answer is that the parts are made in Taiwan and assembled in China. By the way, all the brands' machines are imported from the foreign countries. So far there is no machine made in the U.S.A.

  3. Do you provide 24/7 service?

    No, we do not provide 24/7 service. If you are looking for the 24/7 service, just get the products from the other vendors. But there is no sporting goods suppliers will provide 24/7 service anyway.

  4. I heard that somebody indicates that the quality of your products are not good? How do you explain it?

    Yes, our products are not good enough for you. Just purchase from any other vendors as you wish. But please do not waste your time and our time to discuss this issue. You will not believe us anyway.

  5. Somebody indicates that your service is not good? How do you defend yourself?

    No, we do not want to defend anything. If you believe our service is not good for you, just purchase from any vendors as you wish. We do not want to waste our time to defend the nonsense.

    Or the other vendors provide the great service, how come they do not have the spare parts to service their customers. Their customers have to look for the spare parts from Maxline. Since the other "great service" brands shall have all the spare parts to provide the great service to their customers, Maxline just will not provide any spare parts to the "great service" brands machines. This way those "great service" brands shall have the opportunity to provide the "great service" to their customers.     No, you do not have to purchase from us. Just purchase from any vendors as you wish. It is your hard-earned money. You could through it into water as you wish. As long as you are happy, that accounts.

    If you think that the high price will be the better machine, we totally agree with you that the high price will be the better machine. Please do not consider the Eagnas stringing machine.

    Maybe you shall ask the other importers about why they charge the bloody-high-prices? Are they made by gold materials?

    Yes, there are lots of reasons, such as: It is end of world. Bad products. Out of business. Or any reason you like. As long as you think that is the reason. It will be the right reason for you.

    Or the manager wakes from one side of the bed. He thinks that model A is $1.00 each. The price of the model A is $1.00 each from now on. Next day the manager wakes from the other side of the bed. He thinks that the model B is $1,000,000.00. The price of model B is $1,000,000.00 from now on.

  10. Are your stringing machines high quality products?

    All our stringing machines are extremely low quality products. All the materials are made of papers. You can look, but you can not touch. They are designed to be the decoration products, not for use. Since the materials (papers) are very cheap, therefore, we will be able to provide the extremely low prices.

  11. I am interested in buying one badminton string machine: Easy-3, from you. Do you have it in stock and whether the machine is brand new?

    Yes, we have the Easy-3 stringing machine in stock. But even the machines are brand new. Since we have nothing to do and we need to do something to kill the time. We will open the boxes and use the hammer to beat them up. So all our machines are used.

  12. My friend and I want to buy a stringing machine. but I never heard about you.

    It is for sure. We just open the business yesterday. So you never heard about us in the past. After we get your payment, we will close the business and run. Therefore, you will never hear about us in the future.

    We market the sporting products since 1985. The date was July something, 1985. (Where were you in July, 1985? Were you born yet?)

    By the way, how come we never heard about you either. Where do you come from? Do you come from the moon?

  13. Why does everyone say that your stringing machines suck? Why is your service so bad? Case in point if you do not respond to this e-mail.

    First of all, there is a logical issue. "Everyone" includes you and me. so far there are at least 1127 testimonials about Eagnas stringing machnes and/or service. (Click here to view these testimonials.) So your "everyone" logic does not pass the test. You need to change the statement as "most", "majority", or "99.9999%". This way your statement will be correct. For your information, all our products are very very bad and we never provide any service anyway.

    By the way, what does it mean case in point if... ? My English class 1 did not teach me this. Please explain it for all of us.

    The EAG-300 has 2-point mounting system; the EAG-700 has 4-point mounting system; the EAG-860 has 6-point mounting system. They have the different construction and features.

    You just ask a very good question. Let us just ask you this question:

    How many clothes do you have? If you have more than 2, it does not fit your attitude. You shall combine all the features of the clothes. Therefore, you just need 1 clothes. Then you will have the simple life. It is just an example. The one-for-all approach could apply to your TV set, car, Camera, etc.

    The reason there are so many goods on the market is that everyone has his own preference. He will select his desired goods to fit his own personal need.

  15. 4-13-2007: I just got Gamma 6004. I want to return it. I want to get your machine. But tell me why shall I buy from you?

    If you are the believers, you will have thousands of reasons to purchase from us, such as:
    I just won lotto. I just want to help you. Good products, name brand, excellent prices, ...etc.

    If you are not the believers, you will have millions of reasons not to purchase from us, such as:
    Bad products. No good. I hate Eagnas. I just do not like you. Junks, ...etc.

    Just make up any reason as you wish. As long as you satisfy the reason and you could sleep well, that will be the right reason for you.

    Just give us the other venders' prices (the bloody-high-prices and bloody-high-profit) and let us know how do you want to be treated. We will treat you as king or queen. We will send your birthday card. We will even call you for your birthday. Not enough, we will even send your mother's bithday card. And more ... (We do not think that the other venders will treat you better than this, even with the the bloody-high-prices you paid.)

    Or you shall ask the other venders to accept our best prices and treat you as king or queen. It will be your best treatment from the other venders.

    Sure. We like all-included package too. Just let us ask you a question.

    To tune up your car, you will need the timing meter. When you purchase a car from the dealer, do you get the timing meter from the dealer?

    To change the oil, you will need the wrench. Do you get the wrench from your car dealer? By your all-include standard, you shall return all your cars back to the dealers. Actually you will never own a car because you will return all your cars back to dealers. You will walk to your job. But it is a great idea. It does not produce smog.

    Or you shall give us $1000.00. We will provide you with the all-included package. We will provide you with tennis clothes, shoes, racquets, strings, grips, even with energy bars. You do not have to worry about the shopping. We will perform it for you. But you have to pay for it. Is it a great idea for you. Please let us know. We will provide this service for you.

    It looks like that you do not have any sense of the humor. You can not figure out that it is a joke.

    If we say that our products are the best around the world, are you going to believe? If you do believe, here is the answer for you. Our products are the highest quality around the world. If you do not believe that, this is the reason we will not say our products are the best around the world.

    If we indicate that our products are the worst around the world, are you going to believe? Probably you will think whether it is true? The answer is that it is not true either.

    Therefore, you have to investigate this issue by yourself.

  19. 9-13-2007: How do you compare Eagnas with Alpha? ... You are not a good salesperson.

    We do not bad mouth the other brands. We are the seller; you are the buyer. If we bad mouth the other brands or we indicate that Eagnas provides the best products, you will not believe us anyway. Therefore, we do not provide any comment on this question. You need to get referrals and find out the answer by yourself, not by the venders.

    We never want to be the good salesperson. We just present our products to the viewers. We do not push the viewers; and also we do not mislead the viewers. If the viewers like our products, we sincerely welcome the viewers to be our customers. If the viewers do not like our products, the viewers could purchase from any brands as they wish.

    If you want us to be the good salesperson, please just tell us. We will perform as the super salesperson as you wish. We could tell you anything nice as you want to hear. But we do not think that you want the super salesperson. We still believe that you would like the good products and best prices instead of the good salesperson.

    Normally we do not like to answer this question. The Alpha tells you that Alpha machines are superior to Eagnas machines. You do not believe him. If we say that Eagnas machines are superior to Alpha machines. You will not believe us either. This is the reason we do not want to say anything about the other brands.

    But the other brands always say that Eagnas provides bad products and bad customer service. Why do they do this? The answer is very simple. Eagnas produces the stringing machines for over 30 years, and also Eagnas has the major market share on the stringing machines around the world. The other brands only have the small market share. They need to attack Eagnas to gain a little bit more sales. For example, the Microsoft has major market share on software. All other brands try to attack Microsoft to gain a little more market share. But you will not see Microsoft to attack the other brands because Microsoft knows that Microsoft already has the control of the major market share.

    Since the Alpha indicates that Alpha machines are superior to Eagnas machines, we have to provide a little bit more inside story about the Alpha machines. Alpha is not the stringing machine factory. Obviously Alpha always indicates that Alpha is the machine factory. Alpha imports the stringing machines from the machine factory. In the past, Alpha imported the machines from a Taiwan machine factory. Since 2006 Alpha imports the manual crank machines and drop-weight machines from a startup machine factory in China. Since 2005 this startup machine factory starts to copy Eagnas machines. Because Alpha changes the supplier for the manual and weight machines, the original machine factory stops the machine supply to Alpha. This factory does not provide any electronic, manual, and weight machines to Alpha. Therefore, all the Alpha electronic machines disappeared, such as Orbitor, Saturn, Revolution, Power Express, and Jupiter. This machine factory does not provide any machines and parts to Alpha. If you purchased the Alpha machines before 2006, you might have the parts supply problem in the future. So far Alpha still uses the same model numbers (such as Pioneer DC Plus, Revo 4000, Axis Pro and Apex II) for the machines supplied by the new factory. Actually they are different machines and parts from original machines due to these machines are produced by the different factories.

    Alpha does not show the true picture of its Axis Pro machine. Alpha uses the picture of the previous machine which was imported from the previous machine factory. The new Axis Pro is completely different from the previous model. Maybe you could request Alpha to show you the picture of the present Axis Pro.

    About the customer service, first of all, we need to define the customers. There are several categories of customers:

    1. The customers never purchase any products from Maxline. These customers are not Maxline customers. They are the viewers. If these viewers indicate that Maxline provides bad customer service, Maxline just does not know what is the relationship between Maxline and these viewers. Maxline has no obligation to provide any service to these viewers anyway.

    2. The customers purchased products from the other brands. The other brands did not provide the spare parts service to these customers. These customers want to get the spare parts from Maxline. Maxline has no obligation to provide any spare parts to these customers. They are the strangers. These strangers indicate that Maxline provides bad customer service, Maxline just does not know what is the relationship between maxline and these strangers.     3. The other venders indicate that Maxline provides bad customer service. Maxline has no relationship with the other brands. Maxline just do not know where is the customer service relationship between Maxline and the other brands. This is just the other brands' marketing approach.

    Are you kidding? We have all the parts in stock. Please just send back the broken parts and a copy of the invoice. Our technician will check and repair/replace it for you.

    About our machines, we can not provide any customers' information due to the Privacy issue. But Mr. Charles Marks purchased the EAG-700 machine on 2-11-2008. He indicated to us that If we need the referral, please just contact him. And also Mr. Bill Crossen purchased the Combo 910 machine on 12-15-2008. He indicated to us that I'd be more than willing to be a reference if you need one in the Boston area.   24. 1-22-2009: I have Gamma 4000 machine. The turntable is completely gone. Do you have the parts for this machine? I just want to save a little bit of money. You have very good prices... How do you compare your machines with Gamma's machines?

    In the past Gamma imported from a Taiwan machine factory for its Gamma 4000, Gamma 6000 machines. These machines are manual crank glide-bar machines. About 15 years ago, Gamma changed its machine supply to the other Taiwan machine factory. Obviously the previous machine factory will not supply any spare parts for the Gamma 4000 and 6000 machines. Therefore, Gamma does not have any spare parts to service its machines imported from the previous machine factory.

    Maxline do stock thousands spare parts. But Maxline does not want to be the spare parts supplier for the other brands. The other brands have to service their own customers, not Maxline.

    Which machine is better? We just do not know how to answer this question. If we indicate that Eagnas's machines are better that Gamma's machines, you will not believe us anyway. Therefore, you have to investigate this issue by yourself.
